At St Ambrose Catholic Primary School are delighted to work with Alliance in Partnership (AiP), who have been providing our pupils with delicious, nutritious meals since January 2023.

AiP offers a wide range of meal choices to suit different tastes and dietary needs, ensuring that every child can enjoy a healthy and satisfying lunch. Their menus are designed to provide the energy and nutrients children need to support their learning, play and busy school day.

Families can choose from a variety of freshly prepared options, including a hot main meal, a vegetarian choice, jacket potatoes and deli-style selections. All meals meet Government food standards and are carefully planned by nutrition experts to provide balanced and healthy choices.

AiP is proud to retain the Food for Life Served Here award, reflecting their commitment to using high-quality, fresh and locally sourced ingredients wherever possible. Every meal is prepared daily by a dedicated catering team who are passionate about providing wholesome food that children enjoy.

The menus run on a three-week cycle, offering plenty of variety and encouraging children to try new flavours and foods. AiP not only focuses on healthy eating but also recognises the importance of lunchtime as a positive social experience. They aim to make mealtimes enjoyable, helping children develop confidence, independence and healthy eating habits that can last a lifetime.

We are proud to work with AiP to provide a welcoming dining experience where every child can enjoy nutritious food in a friendly and supportive environment.

AiP use School Food United as a platform for you to place orders and make payments for meals. Please find information on how to register below. 

Did you know that many pupil are entitled to free school meals - including all infants (Pupils in Reception, Year 1 and Year 2). Pupils in Years 3 and above may be eligible for a free school meal if live in a household receiving Universal Credit. If your child is eligible for free school meals, they will remain eligible until they finish the phase of schooling (primary or secondary). This can save you over £450 per child per year and will help boost funds for school.
